Educating Africa’s Tomorrow

Bridging the Gap Beyond Secondary Education and the World of Work

The Challenge

Many educational charities focused on Africa, particularly in primary and secondary education, leave a critical gap when it comes to what happens after secondary school. This gap results in young people struggling to advance their education or secure meaningful employment. The challenges include the high cost of tertiary education, limited scholarships, and a scarcity of institutions, especially in rural areas. Without further education, these young people often face underemployment or unemployment.

Educating Africa’s Tomorrow is committed to addressing this issue by providing opportunities for these young adults to continue their education and gain the skills needed to secure well-paying jobs.

Collaboration with Kids to Kids

Kids to Kids, a Christian outreach program based in Nairobi, Kenya, plays a crucial role in this mission. The program supports 30 children each year from the Westlands slums, providing nutrition, education, and pastoral care. After one year in the program, the children transition to public primary schools, where Kids to Kids continues to support them.
